USING POSITIVE VISUALISATION IN HYPNOSIS

During the trance, the hypnotherapist accompanies you and shows you what is important in hypnosis. Let's assume you are afraid of spiders: In the trance, you visualise a situation in which you have ever been frightened by a spider or have also been anxious and nervous. In a state of hypnosis, you can learn to deal with this situation in a new way while remaining deeply relaxed and alert. Your subconscious supports you in this and is particularly receptive to suggestions during trance. They aim to bring about positive changes and, in the example given, to overcome the fear of spiders. You experience intensively what certain situations trigger in you and discover new ways of dealing with them in trance. This positive reorganisation helps to reduce feelings of fear and strengthen self-confidence. In addition to such techniques, you will be guided to visualise yourself in a personal comfort zone that gives you a sense of security and calm whenever you need it.
