Ericksonienne

The term Ericksonienne comes from the French and describes a special form of modern hypnotherapy – hypnosis according to Milton H. Erickson. Today, it is one of the best-known and most effective methods of gently and profoundly accompanying people through change processes.
In our hypnosis practice in Berlin – as well as in our online sessions – we often use this form of hypnosis. Ericksonian Hypnosis focuses on your individual strengths, memories and inner images. It does not aim for control or external guidance, but relies on your existing resources.

What makes Ericksonian hypnosis special?

The central assumption is that each person already has all the inner resources necessary for change and healing. Hypnosis simply helps to make these potentials accessible – at your own pace, in your own way.
In a trance, you can access memories that give courage, abilities that may have been long forgotten, or new perspectives that are difficult to grasp in everyday consciousness. Nothing is forced. Rather, new solutions arise in the depth of your experience – often quite naturally, as if from within yourself. This approach to hypnosis according to Erickson is also fundamental for us in our daily work. We experience time and again how people find their way back to their own strength through targeted words, loving attention and a suitable form of trance.
