A hypnosis self-test is used for the initial assessment of your own hypnotizability - also known as suggestibility. With this test, you will find out how well you can be hypnotized.
The vast majority of people can be hypnotized. People go into trance-like states frequently during the day without realizing it or defining it as special. Some people may experience a very deep trance during the first session, while others may need a little more time to relax and enter hypnotic trance. Clients often describe that trance changes with each hypnosis session, deepening more and more each time. How hypnosis is experienced and felt depends entirely on a person's past experiences, personality and individual circumstances.
