Inner restlessness causes

Causes of inner restlessness and nervousness

There are a number of triggers that lead to inner restlessness and nervousness. Accidents are among them, loss or trauma, difficult life situations, a move, an upcoming decision that needs to be made, a job change, worries and hardships. When it is clear what the cause is, it is often easy to change things in life. But often enough those affected do not find a sufficient reason for the nervousness it remains difficult for many to understand why the body suddenly reacts the way it does in everyday life. And often even when the supposed reasons have long since been resolved. Inner restlessness can be accompanied by diffuse fears and can increase to the point of anxiety. Then it becomes particularly difficult. Because we humans are not at all good at dealing with the fact that there are supposed to be things that we - at least consciously - cannot explain to ourselves. So we search and search. A negative cycle develops in brooding and worrying thoughts and leads to sleepless nights and exhausting days. The longer and more intense this search is, the more restless and nervous we become. A cycle that can be stopped. Namely, when you stop searching for the cause of your inner restlessness on a conscious level and start accepting what is first and take a new step. Hypnosis can help you find solutions that cannot be deduced on a conscious level.

How hypnosis helps with inner restlessness and nervousness

Hypnosis helps you to fight inner restlessness, release tension and come more into your own power and energy. Hypnosis makes you calmer, clearer in your decisions and helps to release fears and blockages. Hypnosis is a proven way to break this cycle. The effect starts already with the decision to get professional help. Because as of now, the mind has glimpsed the bright glimmer of a way out. He has found another occupation, which keeps him from dealing with the inner turmoil and the fear behind it again and again. Even though this is far from enough, even though the effect may be so small that it is not even noticed at first glance - it is a first step. Inner restlessness and nervousness have a tendency to expand and become more and bigger as long as this cycle is not broken. We become more restless and nervous, the danger is there to lose ourselves in it. Therefore, it is even more important to break this cycle, to discover new possibilities for a free and self-determined life in peace. Hypnosis gives you new strategies and helps you to overcome inner restlessness, tension and nervousness.

Preliminary talk against nervousness and inner restlessness

The second step will be clearer, more noticeable. It is the preliminary talk in a calm atmosphere. Yes, now your mind is agitated - and it has a reason for it. After all, it is experiencing something new, something exciting and interesting. The conversation takes place in a pleasant room, but not yet in the hypnosis room. This first conversation is all about you, and getting to know each other. There is no judgment, no "don't be like that" and no "oh how awful it all is." Use the space to talk about your hopes and fears. Formulate your goals and your biggest fears and show your doubts that you take them seriously.

Regain calm in hypnosis and let go of tension

Here we go. Maybe your mind will be excited again. Maybe the nervousness is a little less than before, because not everything is new anymore, maybe a little bigger. But already when you take a seat in the comfortable hypnosis chair, you will feel the relaxation. You become calmer, your thoughts stop going round and round in the same circle, your nervousness disappears. Soon your breathing becomes more regular, your heartbeat slows down and your brain activity also becomes calmer, as if you were concentrating very intensely on one thing. Now you are ready to experience your own inner self. You will meet old familiar inner helpers and get to know new supporters who will help you to pacify your inner restlessness.
