What do I really want? What do I want to study? Is this the right job? Hypnosis Berlin brings you closer to yourself and helps answer the important life questions. Find the right treatment for more clarity and more focus on your goals. The key to success is much less discipline and ambition than we think. The key to success is the exploration of one's own will, true self-realization or self-discovery. Because only when we strive for what we really want, discipline, ambition, the willingness to make an effort and also to endure something sometimes come all by themselves. But what are our true desires? How can we really find ourselves? Far too often the questions circle around and no answers can be found.
Self realization symptoms
How to tell if hypnosis can help you achieve self-realization
Hypnosis can bring you closer to answering the central and important question. For people, unanswered, open questions often mean lack of clarity and restlessness in life. It can be quite helpful at different times in life to draw a summary to provide clarity and find out whether the path is still the right one.
People who can not realize themselves, show different symptoms and reactions to the life situation on a physical and psychological level:
What do I really want?
What do I want to study?
What do I want to become?
Is the job I have right now the right one?
Do I want to start a family? You can also read more here: Decision anxiety - child yes or no?
What do I want from life? How do I want to live?
Is my partner the right one?
What gives me joy in life?
What do I dream of?
People who do not live themselves and according to their needs - even unconsciously - also experience physical symptoms such as inner restlessness, sweating, sweating, tension in the body, diarrhea or urinary urgency, sleep disturbances when falling asleep and / or sleeping through the night, loss of libido, decreased appetite with weight loss or cravings.
Psychologically, people may experience high levels of distress with a variety of symptoms: depressed mood, persistent persistent low mood, diminished capacity for joy, feeling unable to live one's own life or please others as much as possible, declining interest in things that once gave one pleasure, increasing difficulty concentrating, impaired self-esteem and self-confidence, difficulty making decisions, frequent circling of thoughts about the future or emptiness of meaning in life, low and depressed mood, even suicidal thoughts.
Hypnosis against stagnation
Hypnosis makes it possible to establish contact with one's own core and being. In this way, desires and needs can be fathomed more easily and expectations from the outside become less important in the trance. And so desires can reveal themselves that are often hidden in the subconscious. Hypnosis helps to see one's own path more clearly and to achieve goals in life more easily.
Self realization self test
Am I suffering from stagnation in my life?
The following questions can be the first clues as to whether you are suffering from stagnation and not realizing yourself in your life:
Do you feel you have lost the joy in what you are doing or are you unhappy in the current situation?
Do you feel that you often bend over backwards to please others?
Do you experience any of the following symptoms: inner turmoil, tension in the body, low mood, sleep disturbances, loss of libido, decreased appetite or food cravings, depressed mood, or mood swings?
Do you sometimes feel envious or jealous when others are living their dream and achieving themselves?
Do you find it difficult to make decisions for fear it may be the wrong decision?
Do you feel like you don't really know your needs or what you want?
Do you experience yourself as someone who is afraid to take on new challenges or take a risk?
If you can answer yes to one or more of these questions and feel limited in your daily life and living, you should seek medical or therapeutic advice. It may be that professional support can be helpful on your journey. Please note that questions are always asked broadly, so it is possible that even people who do not have difficulty self-actualizing may receive a positive result. Not everyone who has frequent difficulties in making decisions suffers from them.
"I am good enough and know what I can do!"
Self-realization - a buzzword with content and that although the term self-realization has long since become a buzzword, almost a fighting term. But everyone interprets the term differently. The social researcher Gerhard Schulze even explains that the concept of self-realization would be wrong. He says: "If you limit yourself to the self, you miss out on everything else". Which brings us back to another question. What is it that I don't want to miss? The answer to this, however, is quite simple: your life. You don't want to miss out on your life, so it's important to figure out what it is that you want. You may call this self-realization - but maybe it's just self-discovery or self-knowledge. "Gnothi seauton" - "Know Thyself" was written on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi and this is the true formula of success.
Work as self-realization
In 2013, 51% of female respondents aged 14 and older cited the life aspect of "self-actualization" as important, while 54% of female Millennials surveyed in 2016/17 said that work is an opportunity for them to self-actualize. In contrast, it is 46% of the male Millennials surveyed who cite work for self-fulfillment.

What is the case for self-actualization?
People who realize and live themselves listen to their inner voice and follow their dreams and needs. You use your abilities and stand up for yourself. Thus you live self-determined and take responsibility for yourself and your life. This makes life easier and freer! But what if people do not dare to live the life that suits them? People can compensate for a long time and function well in their everyday life and for some people this is enough for their own satisfaction. But what if it is not enough? If it is not the life, the job, the place, the country that makes a person happy? It is yours - it is your life - to live as you see fit.
There are good reasons to self-actualize and live as it is right for you:
Feelings of happiness and satisfaction increase.
You more easily achieve goals that really suit you and are not the goals of others for you.
You become more self-confident and calm because you find out more and more who you are, what you need and what your own values are.
What can be the consequences of not self-actualizing?
The longer people hold back with their wishes and needs, the greater the dissatisfaction and also the suffering pressure of those affected. Affected people feel that they are not very effective and have less and less confidence in themselves.
Summarize the consequences as follows:
Decreasing self-confidence due to negative spirals of thought about the situation or one's own future.
Depressive moods, the feeling of constantly having to bend and please others, make people feel unfree and constricted.
Fears of not being able to express oneself and of remaining at a standstill can increase.
Increased feelings of helplessness and ineffectiveness in life, but also anger and hatred can show up in private and professional life: psychosocial, somatic and economic consequences.
Problems in the professional environment, frustrations because goals or professional positions are not achieved, up to loss of work.
Increased risk due to "self-therapy or self-medication" to feel better in some moments or to want to forget the current situation.
Lack of self-realization and secondary conditions
Not being able to live authentically can cause serious problems in the long term. What hardly anyone talks about is that people withdraw or that it can lead to an identity crisis. Many sufferers complain of being unhappy and dissatisfied and not knowing where these feelings come from. Some feel guilty or ashamed of not being happy, even though they have "everything". Lack of understanding among acquaintances and family members further intensifies feelings of guilt, which can lead to increased frustration. It is not uncommon for those affected in such a crisis to be suicidal.
Self-realization hypnosis treatment
Hypnosis for self-realization
But why do you now need hypnosis of all things to achieve your self-realization - your self-discovery? It's simple. Hypnosis is the reset button that allows you to take a completely unbiased look at your own desires and dreams. Hypnosis is not about what your father expected of you and what your mother would have wanted for you. It's not about what's best for your boss and whether your spouse would share your dreams. In hypnosis, you are finally completely free from expectations and societal norms and ideas. It is about recognizing your own self. In this way you reach a self-discovery that goes deeper than anything you can achieve in modern behavioral therapy or talk therapy within a few weeks or months. Freed from conditions in this way, you will achieve a degree of self-realization that is otherwise only possible after years of deep psychological treatment. Hypnosis enables direct access to oneself, which can quickly set processes in motion and direct an open and broad view of what is important.
Hypnosis for more clarity in life
The term hypnosis also comes from the Greek word "hypnos", which means "sleep". But it is not really a sleep, but a deep trance a relaxed and fear-free "primal state" of man. Here you experience a deep and pure self-awareness, which is fed by your own imagination and creativity and has nothing to do with what others want you to believe. By the way, this also applies to me, as your hypnosis companion. I can guide and support you in your own inner being and this never happens against your own will, but only with what corresponds to you. This is how you approach your own, unvarnished face. You recognize yourself - and this is very important - in a state of love. You can accept what you see without judging, simply recognize. With this value-free view you have found your self in the truest sense of the word. A self-discovery that will stay with you and that will always lead to positive changes in your life.
Hypnosis helps you discover your true needs and realize your visions and dreams
Wishes are not always fulfilled, this is true and yet it is incredibly important to recognize your own wishes. No, it's not true that you just have to wish really hard and everything will come true, and yet this simplistic belief comes from a kernel of truth. He who has penetrated to the root of his self, who has realized himself, recognized himself, does not develop desires that will only lead to suffering. On this ground grow desires that are realistic, attainable and fulfilling. The way to success is through self-discovery. Treat yourself to success, find yourself with the help of hypnosis.
