Asthma bronchiale
Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that repeatedly leads to bronchial constriction. Those affected have to cough in fits and starts or have difficulty breathing. In particular, they react sensitively to cold, pollutants such as smoke or fog. A distinction is made between extrinsic, i.e. allergy-related, and intrinsic asthma. Both variants are favored by physical exertion and stress. Hypnotherapy has been shown to lead to improvements in asthma patients. Especially in cases where stress is the cause of bronchial asthma, hypnosis can help relieve symptoms and reduce medication. In addition, hypnosis can relax the bronchial muscles.
