Conversational Psychotherapy

Talk psychotherapy, often referred to simply as talk therapy, is a common procedure both in the medical-psychological field and at counseling centers on the topics of family, pastoral care and addiction. It can be done as individual or group therapy. It can be supported by hypnosis. The goal is to accept behavioral patterns, to name blockades and fears and to better understand the behaviors that arise from them. Hypnosis can also be used to influence certain behavior patterns in a positive direction.
