The de-hypnosis designates on the one hand quite generally a hypnosis discharge, but also a partial current of the hypnosis, which is rather still unknown. This assumes that a person who suffers from various problems and worries can be de-hypnotized from these and thus reach his original state again. The original state is that of health and freedom from negative suggestions. Self-soothing with a focus on the here and now, mindfulness exercises and self-care, for example, are strategies that constitute de-hypnosis.
