Delta State
Active brain waves lead to an awake and concentrated state, while slowly vibrating brain waves lead to a person being relaxed. The different vibration densities are divided in science into gamma, beta, alpha, delta and theta waves. In the delta wave state, the brain is in the lowest brainwave state. Then the person is either in dreamless deep sleep or also in trance, as would be the case in hypnosis. Here the critical filter is also turned off, so that it is possible to go completely into the subconscious. However, the human being is not docile and will-less even in the delta state, so there is no danger under hypnosis.
