Hypnosis, indirect
Indirect hypnosis was mainly coined by the American psychiatrist Milton Erickson, it can also be called the modern type of hypnosis. Even today he is considered the pioneer of the indirect type of hypnosis. Here the approach is rather permissive, there are no clear instructions for the client to follow, but rather indirect messages that make the client feel in control of his behavior and actions. The attitude behind this is that each person already has their own solution within them.
