Nonverbal induction makes it possible to induce hypnosis without words. Clients are accompanied nonverbally into hypnosis, nonverbal induction techniques are used. These are different exercises, where for example the "breathing pacing" or the "fixation" belong to. Breathing pacing is an exercise that you do with a partner before hypnosis. Here, the goal is to adapt to the breathing of the other person and eventually change their rhythm as well. In fixation, an object or the finger of the exercise partner is fixed, this is fixed at the top of the field of vision, as this increases the effort and necessary concentration. The aim of these exercises is to go into trance and induce hypnosis.
