Observer Perspective
The observer perspective helps in some situations to leave one's own radius in hypnosis. We are usually very sensitive to the problems of others, but it is rather difficult for us to perceive potential for change in ourselves. This is due to the fact that we do not observe ourselves from the outside perspective, we are trapped within ourselves, so to speak. The observer perspective creates emotional distance, thus paving the way for a cognitive and emotional re-evaluation. In hypnosis, too, it can be helpful to look at oneself from the outside in order to arrive at new approaches to solutions.
