Power Color

A power color is a specific color that is assigned to a desired need of the client as part of color therapy. An example of this is the color red for power and energy. Depending on the form of therapy, color light irradiation or color acupuncture can be used. When working with hypnosis, colors and their effects are often used to anchor certain associations. If there is a certain color that triggers positive feelings such as security or joy in the client, he can use this color in certain situations by means of suggestions in everyday life to achieve the anchored feelings.
