Pseudocausality
A pseudocausality is an only apparent causality. It is created in hypnosis when observable statements about bodily phenomena are connected by hypnotic binding words and suggestions. These apparently true statements create an accepting attitude in the client, which intensifies and deepens the trance experience. An example might be, "And as you feel how pleasant the breathing feels, the trance can expand more and more." Another example may be sentences structured as follows: "If..., then...".
