Regression Hypnosis
Regression in hypnosis - hypnotic regression - describes a method in trance work in which clients go back in time, that is, are taken back to an earlier age in the past. This method is also called age regression. A regression can arise spontaneously in a conversation in which a client remembers a certain situation in the past with intense feelings and thus relives the situation. However, regression is used specifically, especially in hypnosis: Hypnosis then helps to an intensely perceived experience, often through all the senses, which can be used for different goals. Regression hypnosis is used as an element in a wide range of topics. For example, to achieve an intense experience of positive emotions and thus return more to a resourceful state and integrate it in today. Or to process and reprocess negative experiences and memory to store and let go. There are various regression techniques for this.
