Supervision
The term supervision is derived from the Latin supervidere. For hypnosis it stands for one of the most important elements of further development. The goal of supervision, together with hypnosis, is to look at the respective individual from the outside in order to explore the respective perspective and thus to be able to set new, goal-oriented approaches and impulses. In order to achieve this, self-reflective analysis, examination of one's own person, uncovering of conflicts and consideration of personal development are used for this purpose. Supervision can be a meeting of several hypnotherapists. Hypnosis supervision also takes place individually. As a rule, supervisors who have achieved expert status in the field of hypnosis and have a lot of practical experience in working with clinical hypnosis are sought out for this purpose. Concrete cases from the practice supervision participants are discussed, discussed and issues of hypnosis treatment and planning and certain hypnotherapeutic interventions explained.
