An abbreviation for the sensory channels, which are: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, gustatory. In the order of the naming thus perceptions over the eyes, the ears, over the sense of touch (physical perception), the sense of smell and the sense of taste. According to Richard Bandler, the senses mentioned are sufficient to be able to make distinctions in relation to the environment and behavior. With the system VAKOG, strategies, i.e. a sequence of observations-thoughts-feelings-actions, were described in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and sequences of perceptions were noted, additionally followed by other signs for representation, by a superscript lowercase letter (remembered / constructed / internal / external / positive / negative), and for the type of content, by a subscript lowercase letter (tonal / digital). This is related to the analysis of language patterns for hypnotherapeutic success.
