How do I enter hypnotic trance?

If you decide to give hypnosis a chance, you have also decided that something should improve or even fundamentally change in your life. Congratulations! In a hypnotic state you can unleash your full potential and use it. But what exactly does that mean? There is a lot of talk about one's potential, about personal development, about the best version you want to make of yourself. Often all these common slogans create more pressure than creativity. And the feeling of not being good enough yet.

How do you get into a trance?

Der Zustand in Hypnose ist ein ganz besonderer. Fern ab von Regeln oder Gesetzen oder gesellschaftlichen Forderungen und Ideen, wie jemand sein soll, ermöglicht Hypnose Menschen, in einen eigenen kreativen Prozess einzutauchen. Hypnose hilft, Möglichkeiten für sich zu entdecken, die wir Menschen im Wachbewusstsein auf die Weise so nicht wahrnehmen können. Es ist in Hypnose möglich, sich frei zu fühlen und daran anzuknüpfen, was einem ganz persönlich wirklich wichtig ist. Menschen entdecken ihren eigenen wahren Kern und begeben sich auf eine unglaublich schöne und ebenso heilsame wie wirkungsvolle Reise nach Innern. Und wer sich im Innern verändert, verändert auch das Äußere.
All das ermöglicht die Kraft der inneren Bilder und des gelösten Zustandes der Hypnose. Menschen finden Zugang zu Dingen, die ihnen bisher nicht bewusst oder vergessen waren. Daraus wird viel Kraft geschöpft und Menschen finden zur eigenen inneren Weisheit, die ihnen weiterhilft und sie voranbringt. Und die Hypnosetherapeutin oder der Hypnosetherapeut wird Sie genau in diesem Prozess begleiten und Sie dabei unterstützen, in die Trance zu kommen.

Reaching the trance state in hypnosis

When you visit a hypnosis practice, you enter hypnosis together with the therapist. This person prepares you and initiates the hypnosis. Going into a hypnotic trance sounds more difficult and spectacular than it actually is. In principle, it is not that difficult.

Induce hypnosis (induction)

Go to a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. This is of course the case in our hypnosis practice. Sit or lie down comfortably, loosen your clothes once again and make sure that nothing bothers or pinches you. Try to keep your head straight and fix your eyes on a point in the rum. You can also close your eyes. A good introduction is to slowly count down from 20 to zero, preferably until your eyes become heavy and your breathing calm. You can also imagine a spiral staircase with 20 steps, which you slowly descend. With each stair, imagine that you are going deeper and deeper down. As you descend, you also go deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feel free to say this mentally with each step, "Deeper, deeper and deeper." When you reach the bottom, imagine that there is a door waiting for you. This you open and behind it hides your own personal place of rest and relaxation, you have arrived in hypnosis.
